Santa Lucia pre-fab home
This single-family home with an ADU and garage explores the potential of prefabricated modular design, combining efficiency with sensitivity to the Santa Lucia Preserve’s natural setting. I was responsible for drafting and submitting the drawing set for the Design Review Board while coordinating with clients and project managers throughout the design process.
A combination of site-built and prefabricated components come together to create this multi-generational home. Pre-fabricated components had to be designed within the constraints of the Method’s pre-fab module requirements.
